Quick answer
  • Launch players place Divine equipment in Nightmare and Inferno, but a complete current Divine drop table is not confirmed.
  • One October player reported a Divine bow from a silver chest. That does not establish its chest drop chance.
  • Version 1.0.2 doubles super-rare drop chance for offline characters in Singleplayer mode; the announcement includes Divine items.

Treat Nightmare and Inferno as community-reported hunting leads, not a verified current drop table. No particular boss is established as the fastest Divine farm. Before spending all your entry resources, choose a route your character can complete consistently and keep the mode-specific bonus below in mind.

Apply the October 8 change correctly

Version 1.0.2 specifically names Singleplayer mode and offline characters when describing the rare-drop buff. It lists Divine, Black Mist equipment and rare rune categories among the affected items. A doubled chance is still a chance; without the base probability, it cannot be converted into a reliable number of hours or kills.

The same update also announces more Mythic Rift loot at all tiers. That makes old pre-patch yield anecdotes a poor benchmark, but it does not establish a guaranteed Divine reward for clearing a Rift. Do not confuse a general loot increase with a promised item.

Keep chest spending proportionate

The silver-chest bow report shows why players consider chests, but one lucky result is not a farming model. Another discussion about golden chests contains a player who mostly saw Rare gear after many openings. The two stories do not establish which chest has better Divine odds.

Treat a chest as a chance at loot, not an order for a particular item. If opening it uses resources you also need elsewhere, decide how much you can spare without delaying a known equipment upgrade.

What a long dry streak does—and does not—tell you

Players reported very different results at launch, including long stretches without Divine gear despite substantial playtime and Item Find. Those accounts can explain the frustration, but they do not prove that a particular stat is broken or identify a hidden guaranteed-drop threshold.

For your own comparison, record the mode, difficulty, route and number of completed runs. Compare complete runs rather than time spent repeatedly failing. Keep a useful Legendary loadout while farming so that the hunt for Divine equipment does not stop ordinary progression.
